This narrated video demonstrates an upper lid blepharoplasty with an internal brow pexy. The internal brow pexy is a useful adjunct to blepharoplasty for correcting mild brow ptosis, particularly of the lateral two thirds of the brow. The dissolvable, buried brow pexy suture fixes the brow to the periosteum in the desired position.
